"Pat is a super cool guy who really knows his stuff...if you ever need some repair or looking for some vintage turntables or audio parts check him out. I bought a Pioneer PL-510 direct drive turntable from him and it fits perfect with our Pioneer SX-828 stereo receiver."
"Lucky there’s someone in the LA area who can repair our beloved and beleaguered vintage turntables!
I went to see Pat for my Dual 1219 turntable which was, to me, in almost unrepairable condition. Someone had already ‘gone through it’ and managed to damage the cam gear to such an extent that the entire cam and it’s auto trip lever had to be replaced. He not only repaired the mechanics of the turntable (lube, adjust, replace critical parts as needed) but also took the time to adjust and align the cartridge for it's optimal angle. He cares about his work and will repair your vintage turntable so that it works properly. Pat does his work promptly and the cost is really fair and reasonable. In addition, he takes the time to talk with you about your turntable; we spoke on the phone and emailed several times as he answered all my questions.
Pat not only repairs and fine tunes turntables but manufactures impossible to get parts to keep them running and, on occasion, he has a few wonderful turntables for sale. He’s a very fine man and cares about his work. I highly recommend him."

"I have 2 turntables from the 70's that needed repair. I found Pat and couldn't be happier. He took a couple old, not working machines and turned them into prized possessions. Vintage turntables will need service and repair and I'm glad I found Pat. His knowledge of vintage turntables is immeasurable."

"I just purchased a beautifully restored Luxman PD-282 turntable from Pat. I live quite a distance away, but after talking to Pat, I felt that the drive would be well worth it. I did quite a bit of homework before purchasing this turntable, so I felt very confident that it was the right one for me.
Upon pickup, Pat showed me the details of the turntable, answered all of my many questions, and gave me an unrushed tutorial on the many facets of vintage and modern turntables. Afterward, I realized how much I did not know. I am so glad that I found him, and I can recommend his services without hesitation."

"I am so happy I found Pat through many various searches and rabbit holes I went down while looking for a turntable and lucked out that he was in my backyard. I had been looking for a vintage Dual for months and there is an incredible amount of junk out there and people want way too much for it simply because it's "vintage". They claim it's been "serviced" when really all they did was use compressed air to spray the dust off of it. I can do that!! Upon meeting Pat, I could tell he just loves what he does and he wants to spread that love without ripping people off. When he says he has serviced a machine, he has taken it apart and cleaned each piece and put it back together. He has so much knowledge I could have talked to him all day. I got a really fair and honest price on a truly serviced Dual turntable. He is also very responsive on email - I don't think he sleeps, ever. Don't hesitate to contact Pat."

"I brought my Miracord 50H-II to Pat for some TLC, and that's exactly what he provided. The speed switcher is smooth, the cuing arm damper action is flawless, the rubber nipples on the spring supports have been brought back to life ... Before I brought it to Pat, I loved this turntable, and I put up with its idiosyncrasies without complaint. Now, I have a luxurious, deeeeeluxe turntable that is just a delight to use. Thank you, Pat, for your empathy and skill. You've brought my companion back to life!"
